Just saw this. ‘64, probably, though those are deluxe rear lights so may not be original. OTOH, it could actually be a deluxe model, which would be quite unusual.

...and now I see that his plate frame says ‘64, proving me to be right but HORRIBLY unobservant. If it’s a real Deluxe model, it has the auto, nicer interior, horn ring... - I can’t remember if the ‘64/’65 deluxes have pointless fender ornaments like the ‘62/’63 does, so that’s not a help.
